Proper Chibi Doctor Who

Ok, so this might be my best version of this: [link] Thanks to I just want to color Chibi Doctor Who people all day long... It took awhile but it seems ok, I think? The colors are alot brighter and better looking. I'll figure it out when I get back to my work and have time to doodle.
